Do you buy china/flatware?
We purchase china/flatware as well as sell china/flatware. You can register to buy or sell your china/flatware on our website.

Does the price include shipping?
A shipping, handling and insurance charge (as well as applicable taxes) is added on to the cost of the china/flatware. The shipping cost is determined by the number of pieces we are shipping and where the china/flatware is being shipped. Our china/flatware is packed by experienced packers and shipped via Canada Post.

What if I am unhappy with the quality of the china/flatware?
All china/flatware is returnable as stated in our refund policy on this website. Since our china/flatware is insured against breakage a refund will be given if your china/flatware arrives damaged. Please call within 48 hours.

Do we handle china/flatware not listed?
Unfortunately we only have room in our store to handle listed manufacturers. We will be happy to provide with referrals to other websites for those manufacturers we don't handle.

Where do you get your inventory?
We buy from individuals who have inherited china/flatware, changed lifestyles or tastes. We also purchase from retail stores that have discontinued inventory.

Why is my discontinued china so expensive?
Basically, supply and demand. Sometimes we have 50 - 60 people looking for the same pattern. Also price depends on our source and what we have to pay for it.

How do I know my credit card number is secured?
We have ensured that our shopping cart is a secure/locked site. As an additional safety measure we do not keep a record of your credit card in the store or on our computers.

Do you give out my email address to other companies?
No. Your email address is only used to inform you when stock in your china or silver pattern becomes available.

Why don’t you have photos?
While photos are not currently available in our Shopping Cart, we are working on it!

What if I want a photo of a piece of china?
Please call us. We would be happy to email you a photo.
