Any items that have been broken during shipping, or that are not deemed satisfactory to the customer, can be returned as long as Echo’s China has been contacted within 48-hours of receiving. Echo’s China cannot be responsible for any damaged or unsatisfactory products after 48-hours of delivery. Upon contacting Echo’s China, return information will be provided on an individual basis.
Image & Website Content Usage
All images and website content on Echo’s China web page are solely owned and copyright to Echo’s China. No images or content can be used or reproduced unless permission is given by Echo’s China.
Selling Items to Echo’s China
- Items purchased by Echo’s China are first quoted; then an agreed price is reached by the owner and Echo’s China.
- Prices are quoted and based on mint condition.
- Items that arrive broken or are not in satisfactory condition will result in a quote price adjustment.
- A cheque will be mailed to the seller upon receiving and inspecting the items.
Prices Subject to Change
Echo’s China has the right to increase or decrease items for sale at anytime.
Lost or Stolen Items by Shipping Company
All items are fully insured, however, Echo’s China is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit as it is the responsibility of the carrier. Echo’s China is not responsible once the shipment has been delivered, signed for and left at a residence or place of business. Echo’s China is not responsible after 48-hours of delivery (see Return Policy above.)
Privacy of Our Customers’ Credit Card & Personal Information
All customer and credit card information retained by Echo’s China is secured and not distributed to any 3rd party user. Information is solely for Echo’s use. You can unsubscribe at anytime from all emails and notifications.
